How to insert encrypt message to PCQ table in OIM

Hi all,

Purpose: I need to insert default questions and answers of challenge questions in OIM for every users who never set their questions before.

The filled message is get from some of attributes in OIM.

Now I found that where I can insert these text, the PCQ table in OIMDB, but the column of question and answers is encrypted.

How can I insert encrypt text in to these column (When I insert plain text into it, it will decrypt plain text to unreadable message). Or is there any way to fulfilled my purpose.
