Not able to cancel RMA order

Hi,

I am not able to cancel RMA order, while cancelling RMA order below error message getting. what could be the reason.

ORA-20001: AP--20110: Encountered an error in JAI_OE_OLA_TRIGGER_PKG.ARU_T1 ORA-20001: JAI_EXCEPTION_OCCURED

ORA-06512: at "APPS.AP_EXCEPTION", line 72

ORA-06512: at "APPS.JAI_OE_OLA_ARIUD_T1", line 874

ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.JAI_OE_OLA_ARIUD_T1' in package oe_line_util procedure upate_Row
