How to rerun IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager for dunning letter created in final mode?

Hi,

"IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers" was generated in FINAL mode, but sub process "Oracle Collections Delivery XML Process (IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager)" did not create any letters since the user didnt have the 'Cillection Agent' role.

All transactions in the dunning process has been updated with dunning level and Final status in the Dunning history.

Any way ro rerun the "IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager"?

or any other suggestions regarding how to reprint this missing dunning letters?
