contact information is not appearing at collection form level

Hi All,

updated contact information at customer account level, but the same information is not appearing at collection form level.

1. contact information is updated at customer account level

2. Ran below two requests:

IEX: Update AR Transaction Summary Table

IEX: Populate UWQ Summary Table

3. query the Customer account at collection form level, but the contact information is not updated.

Note: Business level is "Account"
