Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. If the pia url is http /server:port/psp/s itename/?cmd=start, what does the start do.

What happens next,what kind of code is behind the start command,where does the code initiate from etc.
