How to Find Localized receipts which were not closed for accounting

Hi All,

In our business, PO receipts will be created by one team on one day and taxes will be applied by Tax team and close them in another day.

Here is a issue we found that Tax team missing some PO receipts for closing and get accounting done for some localized Po receipts. Is there any way how we can find Po receipts which were not closed for accounting, its effecting accounting reconciliation, at time of claiming modavat, Inventory while creating Miscellaneous issues and at the time of interfacing PO recipts to Projects.

Please suggest, do w ehave ny report to find these Po receipts or how can we figure out list of receipts in this scenario.
