Customer information based on flexfiled segment

Hi

Our client requirement is that to retrieve the customers information based on Accounting flexfild segment.

We have 10 segments in the structure, out of that one segment capture sub region. Now, we would like to get the customer's information in advanced collections based on the sub region irrespective of operating unit.

Ex : in A operating unit i entered a transaction using Sub Region ASIA, in B operating unit i entered a transaction using sub Region ASIA. Assume that ASIA Advanced Collections responsibility should retrieve customer information which are related ASIA Sub region.

Please help me out how could i achieve this requirement.
