Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Peopletools 8.53 - Requires 64-bit weblogic message

I am installing PT 8.53 demo environment.

Getting this message when I attempt to install PIA:

This version of peoplesoft peopletools requires a 64-bit oracle weblogic isntallation. Please try again.

I found Doc ID 1541492.1 Which describes this same error, but it has not fixed my issue.

Typing in java -version shows a 64-bit JDK and the file commenv.cmd shows the variable JAVA_USE_64BIT=true.

Is there something else I can check?
