Could not reserve enough space for object heap

Hi,

on FSCM84 on Win 2003 I have the following error message (in a trace file) :

Could not reserve enough space for object heap

It seems that I should start JVM with :

java -Xmx1G -Xms1G -jar Minecraft.jar

But should it be on Application server of FSCM84 or on Workstation from which I connect to the PeopleSoft system (FSCM84)?
