Is it possible to reconfigure Collections in relation to the Dunning process presently in place.
One of our clients has been set up to send out Dunning letters as part of a Dunning Plan, although it seems that they may have been set up incorrectly, maybe using the wrong level. Due to this they have now stoppd use the Dunning process until the problem can be resolved, customers were receiving the 'hard letter' for all outstanding debt no matter what the age of the transactions (grouping all outstanding transactions fo ra customer together on one letter based on the oldest outstanding debt), with some of the transactions never had received an initial 'soft letter'.
Our client wants to ensure that each customer receives the appropriate letter for each transaction, but at the same time if a customer has multiple transactions that require the same letter these are grouped together on one letter.
