SR 3-9236154121 : Once PUM Image 7 imported and configured, unable to access PUM Image 6?

I've opened this SR in MOS but was hoping someone from the community might have some input regarding this.

I recently downloaded, imported, and configured PUM Image 7 for FSCM 9.2 so that I could apply some individual patches for bugs that are affecting our FSCM 9.2 upgrade in one of our development databases (thru PUM Image 6).

In preparing for the next 'test' move to production, I wanted to look at PUM Image 6 but am unable to access the database or log in through PIA now that I've started using PUM Image 7.  

It starts fine using VirtualBox Manager. 

I modified my hosts file and tnsnames.ora to only include PUM Image 6 and remove any references to PUM Image 7 but still not able to access it.
