The responsibilities are showing even after given my own roles and permission list.

Dear All,

I want to reduce the responsibilities of particular user. First of all I am creating new permission list, then role and assign them
to the new user. But the problem is that all the responsibilities are showing.

I want only a responsibility purchasing to show when  user click on the Main Menu. But all the responsibilities like (eprocurement, Inventory, customer self service, tree manager etc all are displaying).

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
