VCHR_APRV_WF Conflict with EX_APPROVAL process in IB

Hey all,

We have an issue in 9.1 Tools 8.51.13 where VCHR_APPRV_WF will abend(Process
Scheduler) if the IB process EX_APPROVAL is running with in Travel. We do have
an SR open, but I thought I would just throw this out here to see if anyone
else is having or has had this issue.
