Voucher In_Process_FLG remains Y when FS_BP stops and EU deletes the Process Instance
In some cases we find FS_BP, budget check AppEngine Program stopping in some cases. The End User, EU, has been deleting the process instance and rerunning causing the previous batch of vouchers to sit with the VOUCHER.IN_PROCESS_FLAG to remain set to 'Y'. I advised EU to restart the FS_BP AppEngine when this occurs.
I will enter the question more fully once I know why FS_BP is stopping/failing/erroring out.
Besides the question as to what causes FS_BP to stop, how do I determine when to restart an AppEngine process and when to delete to be able to re-run?
