Unable to process create statement for Views for PTools 8.53 Upgrade

Hello -

Working on an Upgrade of PeopleTools 8.52 ~> 8.53, FSCM 9.1 ~> 9.2 (on MS SQL Server) and am running into issues when attempting to run the Database creation step of the new Demo environment.

Any suggestion on steps to resolve this would be very greatly appreciated.

I am manually creating the database using the following options

   Microsoft SQL Server  

   Non-Unicode (Western European ISO 8859-1)

   Data Mover Scripts to Create = PeopleSoft FIN/SCM Database – US English

   Database Type = System

The Data Mover script epengs.db is being used and the scripts to create Tables, Encryption and Triggers work to success.

The following 6 Views are not getting created.  All are missing items in the column scripts and causing the Creates to fail.
