How to convert a clone of logical standby database to a standalone?

Hello,

I need to clone a reporting database that is a logical standby (11.2) to the same server and then to convert the cloned to a standalone (primary read/write).

I cloned the logical standby, but then did not find the way to convert it to standalone.

Note, the logical standby database cloned to past point in time using backups.

Any suggestions?
