Permission issue with applying PeopleSoft Release Patch (PRP) to HCM Image

I’m applying the ‘Required at Upgrade’ patch #19015193 to HCM 9.2 Image 007.   In Change Assistant, everything ran to success.  However, the log file in task ‘Copying PI Files to Image’ shows ‘0 File(s) copied.  Invalid drive specification.’    I had already changed pi_home  writeable to ‘yes’ from ‘no’  in the smb.conf file.  So that’s not the issue.   I ran the task again it returns ‘Access denied’.  I have logged in a case with PeopleSoft and have not found a solution yet.   Anyone have the solution and willing to share?
