Hi All,

When I am trying to launch RMS login screen I am getting the error meesage

FRM-93553 Cannot connect to runtime process: unable to establish a socket connection to newly created runtime process‏.

Kindly contact the system Administrator.

Forms Session ID is formsapp.13

I checked in weblogic console and WLS_Forms is up and running there.

Can someone please help me in resolving this issue.
