PeopleSoft Update Manager - auto inclusion of invalid views

Hello,

we have just noticed something very strange while applying PUM packages to target environments.

Background

We are in the middle of an FSCM upgrade from 9.0 to 9.2 Image 5. During testing we identified some issues with GL and found out that the fixes are delivered in Image 7.

We didn't want to apply the whole of the delta fixes from Image 5 to 7 as we were mid way through our test cycle. Getting all fixes and testing everything again would be too much of work and we simply don't have the bandwidth to accommodate that. So we identified the required bug ids and built a package.
