Peoplesoft Data Conversion After Initial Pass Completion

We have a requirement to do data Conversion after Initial Pass got completed.

Customer wanted to do PeopleTools and Application Upgrade (PT8.52 to PT8.53 and APP 9.1 to 9.2) WITHOUT Data conversion in the Initial Pass.

Now we have to take over from here and do the Data Conversion on the Upgraded Copy.

What would be the best approach to follow in this scenario and steps to do Data Conversion on the Initial Pass Upgraded Copy?

Please note - Doing Initial Pass again is NOT an option, as it was a deliberate move to skip data conversion in Initial Pass.
