OAM fails to Properly read the atrribute value from OVD

We are having an issue on how OAM 11gr2ps2 is reading attributes from OVD. On OVD, we are using a custom plugin to create virtual attributes (GUIDFlag). This flag reads 2 different real attributes that exist in OVD and sets a value as true or false. When these values are equal it is set as true and when they aren’t set it to false. The current issue is that when OAM reads the virtual attributes (GUIDFlag) the value is set as false meaning they aren’t equal. However, in OVD it shows up as true.
