Tree Manager Utility - Importing a tree

We are on 9.2 release and and just applied People Tools 8.53.13 patches.  Now we are trying to import a tree for our category codes (UNSPSC codes) and are getting an invalid decimal value error message. See attached for error message. Where can I look for assistance in debugging?
