Install Peopletools 8.53 client on windows 7

Hello,

I was wondering how I can install PT 8.53 client on windows 7?  Our Peoplesoft Application is installed on Linux server and I am interested in installing the client tools (App designer, Data mover etc on my workstation). I looked up at edelivery but there are no instructions for client installation.
