Login page for Tools 8.53.12 on Win 8.1 gives a waring

We just complete an upgrade for tools 8.52 to 8.53.12

When a user logs in from a Windows 8.1 64 bit machine he gets a waring that "operating system is not supported by this website"

See the attachment.

Has any one else encountered this warning.

I check the certification and Tools 8.53 is certified with Windows 8.1
