Claim CENVAT on Receipts form

We have excise charged on goods transfer from one inventory org to other within the same OU. We want to claim CENVAT from all such receipts.On Find Receipts India Localization form we can not choose our source organization name from Vendor LOV. We can only see real vendors in this LOV. Can you please confirm if this is a standard functionality?
