OAM 11.1.2.2.0 with E-Business suite 12.2.3

Hi

I am using Oracle E-Business suite 12.2.3  with OAM 11.1.2..0

when I try to access Oracle E-Business suite URL , it goes OAM login page and when I try to login it shows the following error

Internal Error: Webgate allowed access to protected page GUID=null

here is the oam server  diagnostic log

GUID is null
