Urgent! No Dunning Letters

Hi Gurus,

I recently added another Scoring Engine for different class of customers and created a seperate Dunning plans for these groups of customers.

The dunning letters are generated with no issues.

However, when we run the dunning plan for the previous exsiting customers, no dunning PDFs generated!!

What is the reason for this?

Any particular steps I missed?
