Invalid Views from CREATEVW.DMS during upgrade (SR 3-9341079321 : FSCM 9.2 Upgrade: Invalid Views/Re

We are currently upgrading from FSCM 9.0 MP1/Tools 8.51.17 to FSCM 9.2 PUM 6/Tools 8.53.12.

I've opened an SR (SR 3-9341079321) with the following information:

We are currently working on upgrading from FSCM 9.0 MP1/Tools 8.51.17 to FSCM 9.2 PUM 6/Tools 8.53.12.

There were 40 invalid views when CREATEVW.DMS ran.  When I pull one of these invalid views up in the upgraded environment, I receive the following errors when:

Validate Syntax - PS General Routines ("Out of available memory" whichs points to a path I'm not familiar with)

Resolve Meta SQL - Resolve Meta SQL failed to complete successfully

What is causing these errors?  I've compared the definitions between the upgraded environment and demo and there are no differences.
