Invoice letter issue

Hi,

We customed our invoice letter to be printed together with dunning letters.

We can get the invoice letter in test01 environment but not coming out in test02 environment. I have checked the both instances, the setup are same, the SQL script are same, the invoice letter template are same

What else I need to check?
