Online Page is getting saved even if there is no change in the available fields

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

We have enabled audit logs for BU_LED_GRP_TBL which is used in GL ledger for a unit setup page. We found this audit table is storing values even if there is no change in the base record fields. This is happening because GL ledger for a unit setup page is getting saved even if we don't change any field values in the page.

We thought that this is due to the setcomponentchange code present at PeopleCode.
But there is no such code available in PeopleCode level.
