psadmin appserv config PSPAL::Abort pt 8.53

     Hello,

I'm upgrading from PT 8.51 to 8.53. Using psadmin to configure a new domain,  I can go through the quick menu ok, but when I do custom configuration, it crashes right at the end with :

Values for config section - PSPPMSRV

The ubb and env files are not getting populated with the quick meny. Any ideas? Please help!!!
