AddAttachment - where exactly attached files are going on the web server (before transfer to app ser

So I understand how AddAttachment works, however I would like to know what is that temporary storage location on the web server before file is transferred to AppServer and later to the database table. If anybody know where the that location is or where is it configured I would really appreciate it)
