Changing border color of groupboxes in Peopletools 8.51

Hi,

I am trying to change the border color of group boxes on a certain customized page for NA Payroll under Peoplesoft HCM, running on the 8.51 toolset. However, when I create a new style class under the customized CT_PSSTYLEDEF_SWAN stylesheet, the border disappears. How can I change the border color and make it visible?
