Performance Monitor 8.52 - Not Recording Queuing
Good Morning All,
My organization invested quite a bit of time in implementing PeopleSoft Performance Monitor 8.52 with our Campus Solutions/HR and Portal(Interaction Hub) systems. I have been having an issue where the Perfmon Event ID 301, the Tuxedo "pq" Row, does not record properly. On two occasions now, I've confirmed that the appserver domains have had queued requests on the 'APPQ' queue and yet metrics 1, 2 and 3, all record 0's for the entire timeframe where queuing was occurring on that domain.
