Unable to use FSCM Upgrade Source Image 9.2.001

We have downloaded and extracted the Financials 9.2 Upgrade Source Imgae 9.2.001. After expanding the ova file, we discovered one of the .vmdk files was missing.  Bug 19014897 has been created to look into this issue.  As we are unable to proceed with our upgrade, I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem when trying to set up the Financials Source Image on VmWare, and if so, do you have a work around?
