India to Insert Taxes didn't create tax line in AP

Hi,

For the ERS invoice the india to insert tax program didn't create the tax line.

Following have been carried out.

1. The Supplier Merge was done but the at PO Localized form was not showing the new Vendor.

2. We run Update Tax Category program and new vendor was appearing in the Localized form.

3. Ran Insert Taxes program, but tax was not inserted.

Please advise.
