Change Assistant "job set" order

I'm using Change Assistant to apply the following "jobs".  Change Assistant chose the order within the "job set", and I don't recall that I had any control over it.

HCM910_MP6_D

HCM910_MP7_D

HCM910_MP8_D

HCM910_MP9_D

HCM910_MP9_D_PRE         <-- This should precede HDM910_MP9_D

Is there a way to rearrange the order of the items in a "job set", either at the beginning or (better) once it's already underway?

Currently, HCM910_MP9_D is failing on step "Execute Application Engine Programs" > QUERY_TREE_H because the pre-req has not yet been applied.
