Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Being Able to Report Modifications to FPDS-NG When Base Award is Exempt

Hello -

Our customer has a need that modifications should be able to be reported to FPDS-NG when the base award is Exempt.

Currently in CLM 12.2, users cannot change the Exempt status on a modification if that base award is Exempt.

They have instances where an award would be exempt but the modification is not.
