Dunning letters printed on printer in collector order

Hi, I made SR like this "I use advance collection. Strategy witch dunning letters works fine. Workflow Background Process prints Dunning letter on printer. Anything is ok but users have new requirement . They want order in printing by collector. User now have to sort dunning manually and it takes time. Is it possible to gain this functionality? " Oracle support give me answer, you have to create Enhancement(Bug 9015531) and I will be waiting next five year to gain my requirements:) I have question somebody customized standard functionality to gain this  requirements?
