Data archival tool doesn't allow to do a selective restoration of data.

Hi,

We are facing some issue with the data archival tool where we are unable to do selective restoration/deletion of archive data. When we select the check box to allow the selective query for the deletion/restoration of archive data, the drop down box doesn't show any query. We are unable to save the query type also as restore. Please advise how we should populate the query under the drop dow list of the selective query of the restoration/deletion.
