Tangerine style sheet with FSSC 9.1

We are doing a tools upgrade and would like to use the Tangerine style sheet from tools 8.53 on a 9.1 FSSC install. Has anyone done this in a production environment?  Oracle says that this is not a supported direction but we want all our PeopleSoft systems to have the same look and feel. We have run into one issue with the border around fields in the PSTEXT style that I fixed by extending the Tangerine style sheet.
