The Dunning Flag in customer profile

Hi All

We have unchecked the send dunning flag for all customer accounts under a customer on the customer setup form - Account profile tab,

However, dunning letters are still printing for this customer,

We DO NOT want to print dunning for certain customers, however, its not for every customer under a profile class, only certain customers, can you please advise on why this could be happening?
