Adjustment generated for Late-Posted ST to WH receipt

Hi,

Please validate the below scenario.

Actually the TRAN_DATE of the receiving an RTW in WH .is 26-May-2014. The receiving happened on 18-Jun-2014 at  1:25:19 PM.
There was a stock count was schedule on 15-Jun-2014. The variance posted on 18-Jun-2014 at 12:22:33 AM. Thus before the receiving the STKVAR has updated the stock_on_hand in item_loc_soh. The receiving messages came after the variance posted so it wont update the stock_on_hand in RMS but it will insert one records with tran_code - 22 with -ve qty as per the receipt.

The PGM_NAME for the TRA_CODE is "STOKC_ORDER_RCV_SQL.PROC_STK_CNT_TD_WRITE".
