India Taxes Application Problem , How to resolve ?

Hi All,

I have come up with very strange issue we are on 12.1.3 instance and recently applied Localization patches as per note id 1487816.1 ,

But after this when user entered new purchase order and tries to apply taxes in Purchase Order Localised form , system not allowing to attach taxes and system going in to hang / search mode.

All JAI triggers are enabled, please guide what needs to be check to resolve the issue.
