Item flow from External System to RMS

Item flow from External System to RMS: We have created sample XML (XItemDesc.XML). The XML is consumed into the table "ETXITEMTABLE", later when trying to publish to RMS we are facing an error with description as (Unable to unmarshal RibMessages). Kindly help us with sample message/steps to be followed?

I have attached sample message/error files

We are using RMS Ver 13
