Can PeopleTools 8.53 & PeopleTools 8.54 Coexist?

Hi all,

I am having some issue with my workstation. I have 2 separate database running on PeopleTools 8.53 & 8.54, as a client I would want to connect to both of them.

Understand that now for PT8.54 they are based on 64-bit application, so now I will need to use Oracle client 64-bit too.

I install Oracle 12c 64-bit client to my pc and tested the 2-tier connected by login in to PT8.54 using Application Designer, it works.

Problem appear when I install Oracle 12c 32-bit client and try to connect to PT8.53 using Application Designer,it is giving me invalid access ID error. Weird thing is I am able to connect directly to PT8.53 using db tools such as sql developer.
