Work notification not opening

In our production instance one node is created accidentally.After that onwards workflow notification is taking the web host name of new entry in fnd_nodes table for generating URL.

Due to the issue,we have not able to open the work flow notification as it is redirecting to wrong entry in the fnd_nodes table.

Please advice,how we can rectify the issue?
