Hello,

We have two timezones, one is Mountain Daylight Time, and the other is Mountain Standard Time.  For half the year the two timezones have the same time, and for half the year one is an hour ahead of the other.  The two timezones happen to align to different organizations that we set up.

We have an OTL workflow that escalates for approval at certain times if the timecards are not approved.  We would like them to escalate according to local time, not head office time.  I notice there are certain profiles, Client Timezone, Enable Timezone Conversions, maybe Enable Legal Entity Timezone.  If I set these at the correct level, being Site or Organization, will the workflow calculate the time locally?  What should we test for collateral damage?
