Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. New Item does not shows in iprocurement

Created an item, but item does not shows in procurement. Item shows in forms but not in iProcurement.

We have 12.1.3. SR is rotating from one analyst to another, but no result so far. Any idea or suggestion will help us to diagnose the problem,
