PSWORKLIST fields

Hi,

I am trying to understand the date/time fields on the PSWORKLIST table.   For instance, what actions are required to populate the different date/time fields?  I query the PSWORKLIST table and I have seen that journals that were approved do not have the marked work date/time field populated.  I'm wondering now what is required in order to populate that field and what that field might not be populated even if the journal was approved.
